Safety
Your safety matters more than any report.
During an air alert
- Go to a shelter or another safe place immediately. You can report later.
- Keep away from windows.
- Follow official instructions. They come from the authorities and are also published on lt72.lt.
If you see a drone or another flying object
- Never go closer – on foot or by car. Film it from where you are.
- Don’t try to shoot it down, catch it or chase it.
- Don’t use your phone while driving. Stop somewhere safe, or ask a passenger.
- If the object is low, near people or has crashed, call 112.
If you find debris or a suspicious object
- Don’t approach it.
- Don’t touch, move or take it apart.
- Move away and keep others away.
- Call 112.
- Don’t photograph it or post where it is on social media – the authorities ask you not to.
Don’t post videos publicly
Send videos and exact locations only through the app or to the authorities. Posted on social media, they can give useful information to hostile forces and reveal where you are.
